Intended Use

MAGICL free β-HCG (CLIA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of free βhCG (free β-subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin) in human serum, plasma. Clinically, it is intended for the use as one component in combination with other parameters to evaluate the risk of trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) during the first trimester of pregnancy. For professional and laboratory use only. This test can NOT be used to guide the diagnosis of pair trisomy 21.
