Metis 6000 Integrated Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry Modular System is a Modular System independently developed and produced by Getein Biotech, which is in accordance with the national conditions and more suitable for the majority of medical testing laboratories and can meet the needs of clinical laboratories for automation and intelligent solutions. Laboratories for automation, informatization, and innovative solution need Metis 6000. It integrates MAGICL 6200 Immunochemistry Module (stand-alone 400 T/h) and CM-1000 Clinical Chemistry Module (stand-alone constant speed 1000 T/h, ISE 400 T/h), equipped with SH 80 Sample Supply Track Unit and SHC 200 Automatic Pre-analytical System, and occupies a small space. The dual module requires only 2.6 square meters  and provides customers with a more cost-effective menu of more than 180 self-generated chemistries and immunological reagents, which can be widely used in laboratories with different throughputs requirements.

Core strengths and technological innovation 

1.Efficient Detection, High Throughput

(1) Clinical Chemistry Module (CM-1000):

• Throughput up to 1000 tests/hour and expandable ISE module (400 tests/hour) to meet high throughput laboratory needs.

• Dual reaction tray design supports simultaneous addition of samples, mixing, washing and detection, dramatically improving efficiency.

• 270 colorimetric cups, made of quartz glass or plastic (optical diameter 5mm), to ensure detection accuracy.

(2) Immunochemistry modular (MAGICL 6200):

• Based on acridine ester direct chemiluminescence technology with high detection sensitivity and anti-interference capability.

• Throughput of 400 tests/hour with first results in 12 minutes, significantly reducing TAT (sample turnaround time).

• 30 reagent positions, support RFID identification and dynamic monitoring, to avoid reagent waste.

(3) Automatic Pre-analytical System (SHC 200, optional):

• Integrated centrifugation and decapper with a processing speed of 320 samples/hour and support for emergency priority insertion.

• Intelligent weighing balance and refrigeration features ensure safe and reliable sample handling.

2. Modular Design, Flexible Expansion

• Flexible Expansion: 

Support 1-4 clinical chemistry or immunochemistry modules of any combination, to meet the needs of different scale laboratories.

• Optimize Space: 

Dual-module combination requires only 2.6 m2 and the maximum combination (4 modules) occupies 6.17 m2, optimizing space utilization.

• Fully Automation: 

From sample pre-processing (centrifugation and decapitation) to testing and result analysis, it is seamless and reduces manual intervention.

3. Intelligent

• Intelligent Software System: 

Support automatic dilution, retesting and emergency prioritization functions, real-time monitoring of reagents and consumables status.

• Sample Supply Track Unit: 

Maximum sample capacity of 190 samples, support for barcode auto-recognition. 

Three-track design (routine/emergency/return) ensures rapid processing of emergency samples.

4. Comprehensive Testing Menu Covering Multiple Fields of Need

(1) Clinical Chemistry Test Menu：

Covers 90+ items in 11 fields including liver function, kidney function, cardiovascular, lipids and tumor markers.

(2) Immunochemistry Test Menu：

Includes 118 items in 18 fields such as cardiovascular markers, inflammatory, tumor marker, thyroid function, and more.
